There's a lot of Gold in the coli, and I don't think Black people throughout the world (especially in AmeriKKKa) realize how much intellectual property white people steal from us in this social media era. We all know Cable TV is gonna die the same way it killed radio.

If TheColi started a news corporation, who would you all make the head of the different sections? Who would you all want to hear different articles & opinion pieces from? Has anyone on TheColi ever worked in a media outlet of any kind? Anyone have experience with obtaining start up capital?

solicit people to do the writing, editing, find someone who has a video camera and who can shoot news pieces... we spend enough time here talking about dumb shyt, there's no need to have this hypothetical.

It costs 10 dollars a month to start a website
you can co-post any content on youtbue/instagram/twitter
the brehs here can give you advice on how to build it
we have a natural following and it would be easy to mobilize and monetize
we are ALREADY influencing larger culture media sites like complex and media takeout

I heard on Tariq's podcast that there's a black owned website design company.

I'm gonna shoot out some emails and see what I can come up with I'll be back on this thread
