I know you’ve seen this video/heard this audio before, but I wanna focus in on this particular line, starting at the 8:59 mark:

Pac’s philosophy in a nutshell? If nikkas in the street wanna stand in the way of real Black revolution, then they are part of the PROBLEM and must be eradicated right alongside the enemy.

Does anybody DISAGREE with this philosophy?

I mean, could the Black community even come to the table on this issue? Do we really think we can get the Black American diaspora to agree that eradication of the communities’ biggest menaces is “for the greater good”? Like, your GRANDMA is sure to object, feel me? Could an elder Black person ever be convinced that sanctioned murder is for the best?

(BTW…..that’s the problem with 99% of social medial militants: they’re not willing to go THAT far. They think their little comments on a website are “enough” to constitute their support for “revolution”, like voicing their opinions is some type of bold way of “getting their hands dirty” for the struggle.) :stopitslime: :camby:

You down?
Yeah.

I've been involved with SEVERAL mentor-building programs for years in Jersey, Philly and now Atlanta. I see what these mentalities do to kids, to families...

If something drastic needs to take place to save our communities, our Black babies...then hell yeah, these fukk nikkas gotta go.

I agree, but nikkaz on here will give gang nikkaz a pass because "the white man created those conditions of black on black violence"

Which they did, but you still must show some sort of restraint and not kill your ppl

I think we can continue to fully press the importance of "white man created conditions" WITHOUT continuing to succumb to them. nikkas gotta be ACTIVE with shyt and not just be about lip service. Like, REALLY go join a Black-owned bank, don't just say the shyt. Like, REALLY give towards a scholarship program, or REALLY mentor a young kid and sponsor them....

Here's the thing that kills me about this shyt, @Buckeye Fever , cause I know the Chi area is your domain, dawggie....remember THIS story?:

Mothers Helped Troubled Neighborhood Stay Shooting-Free During Violent Chicago Weekend

A group of mothers who patrolled Chicago’s streets with a message of peace helped keep one of the city’s most violent neighborhoods free of shootings over an otherwise violent holiday weekend.

Mothers Against Senseless Killings volunteers donned bright pink shirts and walked throughout the South Side neighborhood of Englewood over the long weekend. As the weekend ended, no shootings had been reported in the neighborhood. During the July 4 holiday weekend last year, the Chicago Tribune notes, at least 10 people were shot, including three who died, in the police district that includes Englewood.

It’s impossible to attribute this year’s reduction to any group or effort, but it would be hard to deny that the mothers and other community groups, along with the police district’s officers working extended shifts, made an impact.

Tamar Manasseh, the mothers’ group leader, grew up in Englewood, but now lives in Bronzeville. She told The Huffington Post that the mother-patrollers took to the streets to protect the neighborhood’s children. They were surprised the neighborhood remained so peaceful.

“When you start treating people like people again, and not like animals, people behave like people, parents behave like parents and the darnedest thing happens: Kids start acting like kids and they stop shooting people,” Manasseh said. “But it’s a marathon and not a sprint. It’s not just about the kids putting down the guns, it’s about the kids never picking them up to begin with.”

...so how come NOBODY talks about that anymore? How come what these mothers did wasn't lauded more by the city, by the local governments, by the fukking POLICE? Does logic not FOLLOW to these a$$holes that if a group of Black women can organize this, think of how much more the whole community could do if it stood together as boldly as they did? And WHY THE fukk ain't Black Lives Matter doing THIS shyt, eh?

That's that bullshyt, fam. nikkas wanna talk about being outraged and calling others out and ain't doin' shyt themselves, and the shyt that NEEDS to be done - like what these mothers did - nikkas is too SHOOK to do.

Ain't nothin' worse than an armchair revoluationary.

Pac was taken too soon
It's a shame, fam. I visited the Tupac exhibit at the Grammy Museum in L.A. back in 2016....they had all his business and non-profit plans laid out, dude was really trying to make it crack on the Black empowerment tip. It's crazy....for as destructive as his lyrics and actions may have been to the Black community in RAP, Pac's heart and his actual efforts were all about community upliftment in FACT.
