Time travel would only exist from the point the 1st machine was invented forward and backward to that point. People from our future could travel back to us and we could to them but we couldn’t go back to our past.

I personally don’t like to say anything is impossible. But if that equation actually works, it most likely won’t be a physical time traveling product. i feel like for time travel to exist everytime you go back and change something, it just creates a new branch. like you can't change the future by changing shyt in the past... however you can change shyt in the past and create a new future.

its not really possible to go back in time because of the Grandfather paradox

unless significant things that are meant to happen keep happening no matter what you do
ex: someone goes back in time to prevent your parents from meeting and getting in a relationship...but a few months later your mom has a one-night stand with a stranger (who is your dad from the prior timeline)
you grow up in a single-mom household rather than a two-parent home, but you are still born
