Im thinking about this because I hate how black parents work these BS jobs their whole lives and then talk shyt to their kids
man how can anybody work at the same place, make the same amount, wear the same clothes everyday for 40 years...if u wanna do the career thing, fine but atleast switch companies every so often, get paid more, level up....I notice alotta black ppl get jobs and just stay....man a job is gain experience, network, get some skills, save some start up capital and bounce .....
but blacks get these jobs and stay there and then wonder why they're kids cant find work...maybe its because u cant pass a fukking job down to them....then they get all angry and arrogant calling their kids "lazy" because they cant find employment or high employment...and some black parents even kick they're kids out....man if u kick a black kid out in this society at 18, you need your ass kicked..ur setting them up to be food for the vultures

once your child turn 10 u should have them coming up with a hustle, learning to create, save, reinvest back into their business, all that....My cousin, shes a hustla, own her own shyt...im proud of her, she make her kids manage their money and buy the family dinner...thats real parenting, not just handing your kids some toys and telling them to go to school and find a job....chances are they'll be somebodies bytch one day if u don't teach them how to survive on their own
