The breh @Supreme Leader Reinscarf brought up a similar question in the BP thread in the film room. The answer remains the same: unless T'Challa is in charge, Wakanda won't help. Wakandans, as a collective, are still too xenophobic.

If T'Challa is in charge, then yes, Wakanda will help here and there. He's the one that officially ended the Wakandan isolationist policy. He has actual empathy for non-Wakandans. He taught in Harlem under a pseudonym. He was previously engaged to Monica Lynne, a Black American singer. He fought against the KKK. He wifed Storm, who lived in the U.S for a minute. He's friends with Black American heroes, like Luke Cage, Falcon, Monica Rambeau, and has worked with black heroes in general, like Brother Voddoo, Blue Marvel, Blade, and War Machine. He even helped out survivors of Hurrricane Katrina.

He wouldn't be able to do too much, due to domestic pressure, but he would do what he can when the situation demands it.

Any other ruler wouldn't help, They either don't have enough empathy for outsiders in general (Shuri) or are straight up on some HYON shyt (T'Chaka and the previous panthers). The BPs outside of T'Challa are a lot like the common Wakandan when it comes to opinions of outsiders. T'Challa is the lone exception to that train of thought.

tchalla getting chewed out for not putting wakanda first in the survival or earth is telling of the previous panthers.
Wakanda or zamunda :patrice:

i think zamunda would be more inclusive, but if you can somehow get into wakanda, then youve made it

This. Unless other Africans bow down and become honorary/ second class citizens they will have to do they own fighting.

Tha being said if wakanda was real it woild easily conquer the world you know having virbatium/ wakanda fruit/tony stark level technology and the infinity gauntlet, etc.

THIS. Cause other African nations wouldn't be on the same page. They would want outsiders to be buddy buddy and then those outsiders would take over.

It's not surprising. The previous panthers were isolationists who never encountered the full spectrum of outsiders; the good, the bad, the ugly. In their eyes, they are not Wakandan and the conversation ends there. T'Challa has encountered outsiders since he was a teenager, so he's aware of that nuance.

On top of that. T'Challa had heroic tendencies for a ruler and is big on nobility. The previous panthers don't share his sentiments one bit.

dooms a good catalyst, but hes kinda boring on his own.
Really? His back story of how he went from a poor gypsy kid to a supervillain and monarch of one of the most powerful countries in the Marvel Universe was interesting. Even how his rivalry with Reed started was crazy.

if its a series about victor before he becomes a villain, it could work. but when it comes to doom, you need richards. richards is one of, if not his major motivation

Yeah I was talking about his own origin story. I agree Reed would have to be apart of the story regardless. Their rivalry started b4 the Fantastic 4.

That's one villain that I think deserves his own movie.

Latveria or Wakanda for more advanced civilization, I found these two interesting tidbits on doom
Victor von Doom has been shown to be devoted to the welfare and well-being of his subjects. In fact, one future premonition that was explored explicitly stated that of all the possible futures that could exist on Earth in the Marvel Universe, the only one where Earth is truly safe and peaceful is the one where "Doctor Doom rules supreme",[107] a fact Doctor Strange confirmed while staring into creation in Secret Wars.

Doom made a deal with the demon Mephisto; he was allowed to summon and challenge Mephisto once a year and try to win back the soul of his deceased mother, but each time he fails the people of Latveria will grow to despise him more and more
