I don't think there is any coming back from this. The best we can hope for is a better economy, and jobs. No president is going to end racism, homophobia, or any social issue. Social media allows people to reveal their true feelings. We know how they really feel, and we are supposed to trust them to acknowlege when we're the best person for the job, teach our children in school, be our doctors, judges, juries, police officers etc. If black people don't develop more self sufficiency, and vote as a block locally, it's going to get worse. They're testing the waters with possibly ending affirmative action in schools. If those factory jobs don't come back, they will try to remove us from our jobs, to claim them for themselves, while simultaneously calling us lazy.
Where are these so called factories going? Are they opening where black people live, or in rural areas? Here I am ranting again.
