Would Trump(or Barr) fit into a dictatorship? Possibly... I’m not convinced Trump is smart enough though :yeshrug:
That said nothing you listed means we are under a dictatorship... or need to fear being under one.

All i see is lame duck idiot, who’s being voted out and likely going to prison(or at least be tried) at some point.

Trump gets away with what he gets away with because he has power as president. If he gets blown out in an election and republicans take massive losses - which seems likely as of this moment but could change - his power will evaporate and people will jump off the ship. They may even jump off sooner than that, if these rumors about Mitch McConnell/Labor Day are true. I

It's not alarmist to say he won't concede. He won't. And I'm sure the media will point out Hillary did not concede on election night. But Trump won't concede the next morning either, as Hillary did. Or the next day. I believe he will try to threaten legal action, and when he realizes he has no good options and people are abandoning him...he will give up. Will he invite Biden to the WH? Probably not. Will he show up to the inauguration? No. He'll spend the next two months going crazy on twitter and accusing republicans of working with democrats to end him.

My only question is...what will Fox do? Is Hannity going to spend all of November and December claiming the election was fraudulent? Tucker? I doubt it. They're going to want to move on to fear mongering about Biden's upcoming presidency.

If it's a landslide loss, Trump and Fox News don't have legs to stand on as far as delegitimizing the election. I'm sure asshats like Infowars or OANN will make up stories about Soros paying busloads of illegals to vote against Trump or some ridiculous bullshyt along those lines.

That lame duck you spoke of, switched up Supreme Court which you also spoke of. Without that his chances now would be close to zero.

Not to mention that with the new court hard fought gains could be lost for a generation.

Then you have the judges that he has appointed at all levels.

And who knows what he will do in the next two months.

That is a significant legacy and an unfavourable one for brehdom at that. Puppet idiot or not, there is a method to his madness.
