I have a family member like that. She's 300 lbs and would only eat a salad at get togethers. One time I spent the night after wards and came downstairs for water at 4 am to see her sitting in the dark eating an entire 18 serving pan of lasagna!!

I've had diet soda. it tastes like shyt. y not just go all in?

I drink a lot of soda, too much even. I'd get a good 350+ calories a day from just soda if i drank the normal kind.

I literally only drink water or coffee to make up the difference for my alcohol intake
