For aesthetics idc if its push/pull/legs or any particular muscle group or cardio or any other workout split…I always do 32 to 40 pull-ups and 100 pushups throughout the day split.
However, I started using the hip abductor, and adductor machines since last summer its been game changer. I unlocked another level fukkin. Also helps running, posture, glute activation, bunch of other workouts. *don’t focus on weight, prioritize depth.
I personally start out with the hip adduction machine should be as wide as possible.
Then hit abduction machine as narrow as possible. No matter which split I’m doing, I’m always hitting up both machines.
