IF "YOU" Could Move Outside The United States Where Would It Be & Why?

Everyone knows my stance on things in this country. However, this thread is MAJORLY for YOU. Let me start first. If I COULD move outside of the U.S. after I had enough funds and it made career here are the places I would go.

-Places

United Kingdom (London, UK): Because there is a nice Caribbean population there and I have West Indian in my bloodlinehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_African-Caribbean_people . Also, because of the Notting Hill Carnival Plus, piff Black English Women

The Bahamas: Nice beaches and loads of Black folk.

Black British Virgin Islands: No tax and it's land is prospering.


Now, it's YOUR turn. So, for my U.S. and Canada posters where would you move if you had the choice? I know we have UK posters and etc, but this for my U.S./CA brethren majorly.

Costa Rica. I've heard great things about it and the country is one of the highest rated places to live in across the board far as health and cost of living are concerned. Panama is great also, a friends ex moved there for school not long ago, and I hear is cheaper and growing more but it loses on women. If I'm single then costa rica. If I'm not then Panama. Or maybe I'll just find me a Costa Rican here and move to Panama, best of both worlds. Alternate choice would be the Caribbean. Like Puerto Rico maybe. Would say Cuba but can't be while the Castro's are alive and the country too far behind anyways and would need to catch up.
