I tried to find it but I couldn’t. I got several post on here about the shyt though. But any specific questions you may have I can help. But a few general principles are:

You generally wanna lie about anything you can do for sure, or know you can learn but know enough to have talking points in an interview. And if they won’t try to verify it. Basically shyt that, as long as you don’t sound like you lying, they gonna believe you. Then you got more advanced techniques like faking the verification for stuff they will verify. Remember, if they think you lying they wouldn’t offer you the job lol. Sometimes you just have to verify shyt for HR. For example, you lie about the college you went to. They HR (likely hireright) can’t verify it (cause it ain’t true duh) then they reach out and ask you to provide proof. Then you give them a fake copy of your transcripts and it’s verified. Now this is the type of shyt most not gonna be comfortable doing, but you asked so I’m just telling you the game. Please believe them white execs done lied about they college and shyt too.

The you may have to actually fake whole jobs or change position titles to have the experience required. fukk all that, I know I can do this role shyt. They want a mothafukka that check all the boxes for what they want. They wanna be lied to for real. Oh you got all the other experience but not the management experience? Then you was in management in your last role. fukk that honest shyt. How are you with excel they ask. Oh you ok at it? Naw nikka, you an expert. They don’t wanna an ok as nikka. Honesty gonna have you being broke.

But really I could write a book about this shyt. Depends on the job and individual
I wish i found your post before i started job searching. Through trial and error i found the recipe. But your post is to a T how to get it done. I went from only getting calls from indian recruiters to getting 2 nice job offers and them gushing over me. I just went in there and pulled a wolf of wall street impression for lack of better words. Dead ass the only honest thing on my resume was my government name. Education, certifications, job experience complete lies. Everyday i had 2-3 companies trying to schedule a interview. This is the wave . I swear you can run a mini boot camp and make money getting people into it

I remember some 10 years back or so when I got laid off and was in between jobs, my sister in law was hooking me up with an employer in a totally different work field so I could make a few extra until I found something else. She made up the resume for me and everything. I didn’t know shyt about shyt regarding this job. She knew all the interview questions they’d ask and gave them to me well beforehand so I could go over them and know how to answer them well. Interview went well halfway through until this interviewer decided to go rogue and asked some other shyt off script that I had zero knowledge about. I just juelzed through the shyt and he hit me with some “someone with 6 years experience in this area like on your resume would have known this answer on day one.” I just sat there on the phone like :francis:. Needless to say it ended from there. :mjlol:

My last two jobs that I got, I lied on my cv and exaggerated my duties and was never caught. Gave myself a leadership title, way more responsibilities and even any gaps in my employment were made up.
Don’t be a sucker and try to play the game the right way cos no one is
I don’t need to lie because I have a great resume :yeshrug:

Job market is so competitive now. If you don't meet about 90-95% of the qualifications you aren't getting hired. Jobs don't wanna hear oh I'm a fast learner. My question is this- If one of my past jobs was tech support/help desk. but on my resume I put technical business analyst. Is that ok to slightly tweak it? Cause there's so many different ways you can word a support job. Tech support analyst, product support, application support analyst. I mean it got me a government job before.

My resume is honestly objectively stacked and I still lie on it.

If you got a great degree or military experience (especially technical), you got a lot of leeway honestly. You earned that right.

If you got a great degree/military experience and decent professional history, man you can simply say whatever you want.

Most of these job postings are exaggerating as much as you are. Crazy qualifications for a brainless job.

There was a post on reddit about a doctor wanting to switch to IT/Cybersecurity. They were asking if they should take the MD off. I commented to keep it on because it makes you stand out. The tech market is so competitive especially cybersecurity. To me, it's crazy that you got doctors, lawyers, phds wanting to switch to tech but they have to dumb down their accomplishments to not be overqualified.

Don't lie on your resume brehs. This is stupid advice. The best job opportunities will absolutely follow up on your claims.

But.. Nothing wrong with exaggeration. If they ever had you train a co-worker, thats project manager experience.

Tf is a CV :gucci:

Assuming its a resume, I been lyin on my shyt since 18 :blessed:

Just put a shady “local” business name that never existed and say it went out of business :dead:

Or to be more believable, put a fake company name AND give them your boys cell # and have them act like your former manager from the “closed down” business :dead:

Its 100% on you to nail the interview

But 100% agree you should always lie on your resume, and once u start getting jobs u can add those and lie around them with shady experience :dead:

CV is the abbreviation for the Latin word curriculum vitae

It’s used in Britain more often than here
