My old roommates sis has it too and said it sounds just like this only not inside your head. It sounds like someone is physically standing whispering or talking in your ear. Like there's depth perception, so it sounds real.

its deeper than that im talking bipolar/schizophrenic shyt that has no cure only "treatment"

I can live a relatively normal life with those if u have proper treatment but stuff like down syndrome and autism I would have no regrets sparing my child a life dealing with those kinda issues if I had the choice
