I Really Mean It

You may not be among the 1%, but if you have $100,000 in the bank, you are among a very small number of people in this country with that amount of money in their savings. If you had that, what would you do?

Hide my bank card & continue telling everybody I'm broke.
Get an apartment with my job money. Fill it with cheap shyt.
Start looking into some kind of investment. Not talk about it.
Nah, I meant I'd try to find something to put it into. If I was gonna go into business I'm doing research first. I know a comic store owner with local connects, might try to go in with him. Some people would just jump into something just because they got the money, I'm trying to find a way to multiply smart. You wouldn't start a business? I think financial investment has lost a lot of its allure. Unless the gain is immediate, long term investment no longer has an appeal that can ignore the prognostications of an economic collapse heading our way in the near future. Pooling that money for an entrepreneurial endeavor is wiser than investing it in a portfolio. You may fail, as most businesses do, but the risk of long term investment is much greater.
