Simple.

1. I wish I knew everything which would include all information past, present and future. That would make a god and be able to cure any disease, make a bunch of money playing the markets and solve any problem humanity ever needed.
2. The power of the flash. I would be able to do complex tasks in seconds and be able to time travel.

Immortality would be a major problem because everyone you loved will die before you and you would have to constantly relocate. If the government found out about your ability, you would be locked up and tested like a guinea pig whereas I could run away and change my identity.
