my bedroom door stay locked. but when I get up the next morning after they were trynna get in , they would be picked up and shipped off to the hospital.

Sending them away to a loony bin is wrong, and you're basically giving up on 'em and putting them in the hands of strangers who don't care about them, and I couldn't do that. Maybe it's a cry for help, so you should take a day and give them your undivided attention 
I'd make my child a breakfast with his/her favorite food, we'd spend the day at the museum / zoo / amusement park and eat a bunch of sugar'd out food , then we'd go to the toy store and ball outta control, order pizzas and spend the rest of the night watching their favorite movies. Essentially, it'll be the best day of their lives and they'd know that their father loves them

I'd get involved with psychiatrists and move to a place with a good mental health program. Study what these moms who have does have done and do the opposite.
