If you had a job that paid you about 70k Net salary and you could work in any city around the country........What's a city you would definitely move to in a heartbeat? Share a few reasons.

I feel like the Atlanta is about to be hyped up once again. :pachaha:

I would definitely say Miami but with the way prices are going up, that's barely getting by. And I would like to live comfortable. But it's a good option with the mostly good weather. New York, L.A., and San Francisco are way too expensive for that salary. Not trying to move to Chicago, nice city but can't deal with the cold. If I had to rank my picks with that salary and have a decent lifestyle without barely getting by, 1. Tampa: cheap city and I can stay close and not deal with the cold weather.
2. Houston: heard good things about it, and it's cheap
3. Austin: heard it's a good food city and good place to live, I know Texas is cheap and the weather isn't too bad even tho it gets cold.

I'm from Atlanta and home bores me. Dallas it is. The clubs are better, the women attitudes are better, feels like they built more natural and better (from my experience of going to the galleria in Addison vs Lenox)

Mane Austin rents rising like a MUTHAFUCCA breh breh trust me lol NOTHING like how it was 10 years ago smh unfortunately

Now Houston tho....def still affordable areas all over especially at 70-75k

Minneapolis:ehh:

  • I love cold weather
  • Amazing looking city
  • Folks treat Prince like he's a God
  • Juicy Lucys
:wow:I dig it.

Yeah mane I had a cuzzin move from TX to Minneapolis when I was like 21 and I went to visit him a few times and I've had nothing but positive experiences there funny enough

Too cold for me for sure fuc that lol

But dope city

As for the thread

70k? In California where I'm at

Either Sac town and surrounding areas, way up north in the cuts, down in the desert down south lmao

Not much in Cali

But you could live in Portland decent on 70k. Denver maybe decently still. Seattle not really. Mane idk that's a hard question. I mean I FUCC with ATL and got connections out there but the rest of racist ass GA and the laws are my problem....Fucc mane prolly Houston to be honest. Maybe Dallas but I doubt it. Hard choice
