if you had the means to liberate black people, how will you do it?

This is fantasy so any thing goes on that note I would be a being with immeasurable power and make the world and ideal place we would die but none of the shyt that makes this world awful sometimes famine war racism hate rape diseases etc and in that sense us black folks would have a just as beautiful life as everyone else now based on a more realistic but still fantasy tip that would take me about I say 15 to 20 paragraphs to explain my ideal just wrote a 7 paragraph response to another thread don't feel like doing an even bigger one but to put it simply I would do it through military might plus fortune and education
