it was i had people telling me that shyt, mind u he may have been buying me cars and keeping me with money but he was a terrible husband. i was very young too tho, but thats no excuse for being as dumb as i was.

It depends on how close this person is to you. If it's one of my main friends, yeah I'm telling them. That's what being a real friend is all about. Sometimes you have to tell someone something they might not want to hear, even if it's going to help them.

If I had brought it up, it'd just be my word against her word, and he was crazy in love. It wouldn't have ended well for anyone, so I stayed out of it.

Fast-forward, he caught her and dumped her. It worked out in the end; they always get caught.

I don't know...I was in this same situation. My cousin was messing with my best friends boyfriend (who was my cousins ex...messy I know). My cousin just told me all chill like it was not a big deal. I'm like ...that's my bestie you know. She didn't care and felt wronged that she was dating him. They were NEVER even cool. My cousin had ended up getting burnt. I told my friend she should get tested because I heard some things...the situation then resolved itself. I didn't really know what to do though...friends, family...confusion. I felt really bad though. I feel like in hindsight I should have told her. I would have liked to know and at the end of the day my cousin was wrong. Just tread lightly, I've seen friendships end and fights happen when these revelations occur...
