I would do a battle shounen. I've always been interested in the intersection of American comics with anime and manga, so I'd want to do a manga-styled story in the format of an American comic book.
Ideally for a 50- to 60-issue run. Most 'manga-esque' comics don't last very long (Mech Cadet Yu only ran for 12 issues and suffered greatly because of it. No One Left to Fight was basically a five-issue DBZ ripoff). Kirkman's new series Fire Power might be a good long-runner in that type of format.
