If you never been to a city council meeting or vote are you qualified to have an opinion on politics ?

I’ve heard stories of cities with hundreds of thousands of people having city meeting where the residents vote on something and only like 40-50(cacs) show up and vote and change the plans for an entire city

I would say No you are not. I've got to several local meetings. It's all older black folk 40+ 60+ . I know a few of my city council folk personally. I still think they on some bs and I legit let them know. I come from a strong Black American city.
