This is a rabbit hole that's too steep to even go down 4 years after the fact.

It literally changes everything. Draft positions on years in which Russ, Ibaka and Durant got hurt. The two first round picks from the Harden deal....

So many different scenarios could have played out that I don't even know where to go with this. I guess you could have asked if they could have gone farther the year they traded him but now it's almost a pointless convo.
