That madcow disease is what made me stop eating beef. On the news they showed a sick ass cow at the slaughterhouse that was so weak that it kept slipping every time it stood up. After that I threw beef in the bushes. Had already stopped fukking with pork before that. I'm in the best shape of my life right now too so you don't need meat to kill the gym and grow muscle.
