if you look at ancient rome, the times emperors got assassinated was almost always because they pissed off the senate. the rich class & politicians are the last people you wanna fukk with since they have the resources to take you out. historically, peasants put up with A LOT of bullshyt until they start an uprising. I mean you'd have to reach unprecedented levels of incompetence if the lower class starts plotting to take you out
