Like you have heard some NBA players shyt on Salt Lake City or some players would like to avoid Toronto because of taxes. Joel Embiid first impressions before coming to Philly was a small town like Milwaukee and Minneapolis until he came here and see the buildings and night life.

But if you were a NBA draft option or free agent would you pray or try to steer to certain cities or just go with the flow??

Yes it would matter! Depends what players are on my new team. THeres certain stars that I wouldn't want to play with. There's certain cities I need to be in, preferably big cities. But, I wouldn't be mad if Utah drafted me, I like quiet cities too. :yeshrug:

The only thing that would matter is playing time and money

I'd like to play in Utah(it just seems like it'd be really serene); Minnesota(I love extreme cold); Denver(What's not to like??); Portland(The PNW is beautiful).
