I'll start with the country itself first.
-First thing I'm going to do is push the already impressive technology to further limits; cure for diseases, aging, advanced weapons, transportation, aerospace, going to be the first society that takes trans-humanism seriously. Science, Mathematics, Philosophy and Art will take precedence if weak willed people want Entertainment they can go to America. Abrahamic Religions will be discouraged. Especially Islam.
-Little by little take over the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa (I care little for North Africans they aren't black) either by economic means or outright physical subjugation. The promise of our advanced technologies should mean we won't have to resort to those methods. Will mainly focus on DRC/Central Africa because that's where most of the world's natural wealth is. Kicking out all the cacs and jews in power. The West won't stop me or I'll teleport their newborns and heirs to outer space. This Pan-African Wakanda will not be a Democracy.
-Now that I have the physical space, offer free citizenship to everyone in the African Diaspora with a caveat;
*You have to test 60% Black African on our DNA tests unless you are over the age of 50 then anything above 51% is fine. (Reason being that older gen Bi-racials don't suffer from as much self hatred). Kids are also exempt.
*Furthermore, of those who qualify the Educated or experienced workers get first dibs then everyone else can come. I love my black people but I'm not letting dumb nikkas in my- Scratch that dumb nikkas can come but dumb nikka activity will come with punishments, such as Mandatory Military Service for example.
Can't bring white family members with you either.
You can bring your bi-racial kid but best get divorced, not even allowing visa's.
