Like buy a mansion with everything. Pool, big backyard, library, movie theater, basketball court, tennis court, etc etc, maybe even an elevator in that place

Or decent looking average sized houses all over in different locations?



I personally would buy multiple average looking homes in different locations. Would have 2 in America, one in West Africa, and one in another random city in the world

Pull out a million and get the nicest beachfront property in Florida that I can without using it all. If I can find something close to Tampa with some acres that’s what I’d want so I could put up some solar panels...but otherwise a tough beachfront condo would be my go too. Still have to buy a Tesla so I wouldn’t use all the million on the house. Put the 4million in a index funds and/or etf drawing 5% or better, and I can live off 200k+ a year.
