Dudes gotta take more business risks in ACTUAL businesses. Not just service industries and vanity shops.
I don't even know what this meansI would probably just segregate certain areas and focus on improving infrastructure and job creation into those certain areas, it would actually be one of the top priorities. Give economic incentives for manufacturing to operate in these areas while hiring locally. Make tuition free for all descendants of slaves and those with strong native-american ties.
But if you look at the situation now, a single mother is "perceived" to be at home with her kids constantly. And a percentage of those kids are considered to be troubled kids.The last thing you want is to have parents working all the time and never being there for their kids.
We need more businesses to operate digitally and need to spend time with families more. In the 21st century, time is more valuable than money. Not everyone can be a IT based and work 70 per week.
We need to create more lucrative jobs that doesn't stray away from the household.
