Telling that someone shot your friend and then tried to shoot you and a wrestling match ensued over the gun and u got the gun from the assailant and defended yourself to make it out of the venue alive will suffice, what snitching is necessary? I'm sure he'll say he doesn't know who it was and that's understandable too, and believable.

Telling on someone at this point wouldn't get him out of trouble. They don't need a name for the 'self defense' angle, just like @Pop123 said. Guns go off, people get confused and are not taking detailed notes.

really curious to hear what actually went down. so many rumors out there. but a little fist fight/scuffle that someone took to the next level by pulling out a gun is sad man. rappers or street celebs or regular people. taking something to that level in public none the less... how many lives were ended, changed or possibly ruined that night because a few egos couldn't take a bruising?

The hood politics of snitching dont apply to civilians , if you dont immerse yourself in the streets you aint obligated to abide by street code which at this point in my life I feel is mythical cause I done witnessed alot of self proclaimed street nikkas snitch when that pressure is applied..
