Which would be worst. In both scenarios you are rich. You are deeply in love. They are requesting a divorce because they have fallen out of love with you.

A. A spouse requesting a divorce but telling you not to worry your lifestyle will remain intact. Your back account will remain full you can keep the cars and the house.



B. A spouse requesting a divorce but you have to fight them in court for what you believe you are owed.

If I got a divorce I actually wouldn't want to keep the house. I'd move downtown into this and parlay like the ballah I am.

Same here, I don't want any memory of that past life besides my son.
No amount of redecorating could change the memories in that place.
I'd have to move out/sell....no ghosts.

So either:
A: We divorce and I get to keep everything? If that's the case you can always sell the house and move to a bachelor pad etc.
or
B: She fights you for half
