If you were to find $100 dollars on the floor, what would you do

Dude today found a $100 dollar bill coming out a restaurant that another lady dropped & said god blessed him to find the $100.

The lady came back looking for the money while dude was long gone.


Question is, if you find the money, do you

Give it to the manager in hopes that the lady comes back & claim the money
or
You pick it up & continue walking

Inside I'd give it to the manager but I usually find money in the parking lot. Usually 50's. I just pick it up and KIM. There's no way they'd ever find it again, especially with the factor of wind added.

Christmas eve 2011, I was walking a block from my house, and saw like 180 dollars in 20's in a roll on the floor, some lady in a wheel chair was going right by it, I grabbed it, and ran after her (after a few seconds), and asked her if she dropped it, and if not, how did she miss it? Blind in one eye, apparently. It wasn't her money, but I gave her a $20.

The girl at the school bookstore almost gave me back $97 on a $97 purchase, I paid with a 100, but I corrected her, that shyt probably comes out of their checks, I have a enough bad karma following me around without ripping of cashiers.

If I see who dropped it, I would give it back. If I don't see who dropped it I would give it to the manager in case they come back for it.

I would feel guilty keeping someone elses money
