Lets say your 16/17 year old kid came up with something, created it, and got dummy rich like the creator of Tumblr.

Would you force them to stay in school or let them drop out? :lupe:

I mean, at that point it's clear what they wanna do in life, they obviously got a plan and now something to keep them busy.

I'd want them to get the life experience of going to school, but i wouldn't be mad if they didn't

If you are "letting" your kid do anything by age 16-17 you failed as a parent. A kid especially a male at that age should be smart, responsible enough to make his own decisions.

If they got rich like the people who created any of these new social networking sites, they'd be pretty much free to tell their parents to fukk themselves and live off their own dime, anyway.

Beverage Fridge, 3rd Row!!
At 16-17 he'd prob need one more year of HS so he'd def stay. I'd recommend he go to college, mainly for social purposes. College is the easiest/best place for a young dude to get p*ssy, that's a hell of an incentive

That's how I feel too.

If my kid is 16 sitting on millions and a soon to be Fortune 500 business what can I really say to make them want to stay in school? :yeshrug:

Already rich
Already slightly famous
Already powerful
Already having more fun than I did at 16

But he's already a millionaire.

He got a choice between the baddest broads on earth at any moment or some college thots.

It's not a tough choice

Of course they would have to finish school. There are so many options for school now they could finish online.

Dawg, if he's up all night doing homework after doing business meeting and handling shyt and decides he's tired of it then that's it.

He's already doing more work than most people anyways
