Their parents literally are in a world where they are auditioning for approval 24/7. That goes from talking heads on the news, to musicians who need fans to buy their content, athletes who have to toe the line of public appeal, and actors who need bodies in the theater seats.

Its guaranteed they'll be maladjusted in some way if the parents aren't thorough.

Its why you need representatives of the community who are businesspeople with their own financial independence.

Depending on entertainers ensures that that demographic achieves absolutely nothing.

Access can be detrimental to success and identity.

Some folks think growing up with the ability to have all kinds of options is a blessing. But options can confuse a person.

Think about it. A person from the hood tryna make it out realizes his ticket is to play college ball. Everywhere he goes he's the football guy whose gonna blow. Everything he does revolves around that.

Versus a kid growing up with options to have the best vocal coach, best trainers, best colleges, unlimited studio time, etc. chances are homies gonna get lost in options and not be able to settle with who he is.
