If you're going to buy an album, is it better to get it off Itunes or a physical disc

I rarely drop the 10-15 dollars needed for an album, but I want to get the best quality for the price. Itunes got that "Mastered for Itunes" label, but is it superior to buying a disc and then ripping it into AAC or M4A at 320?

it makes no sense that itunes should be chargin the same amount a physical cd does for a virtual one.......

i never understood why someone would buy that......

if the sound quality is better then id understand a little...........

but just a little because then it makes me question why they are putting the best sound quality on the virtitual cds and not the physical ones

If I can't get it on vinyl, then its CD.

I'll only buy digital if Im really feeling the artist.

I like to collect things so theres that.

i will always buy a physical copy as long as it's around. eventually i'll get into buying vinyl, purely for collecting purposes more than anything. even when i pre order a Tech N9ne album i download it as soon as it leaks anyway just so i can hear the music asap. when the cd comes in the mail i just burn it and keep the cd for the collection.

i always liked get the entire package with the CD. some artists actually put in thought with their packaging, MCHG was garbage but the packaging was cool

If I buy a album, its always the physical disc...I collect and its a habit from my DJ days to keep music physically
