Valentine's Day is usually a day when single people can get their fill, man or woman. 
At least where I live, there's tons of stuff going on that is getting called "single people's awareness day" or "Cupid's Clusterfukk" or something along those lines. Those places are going to be full of angrily desperate single women who don't have boyfriends that are aggressively seeking out some sort of affection while being fueled by drinks that are all really cheap because all of the bars and clubs are engaged in a price war today to capitalize on people's loneliness.
