national holidays for american citizens, people who built the nation, fought in all its wars and created large portions of the popular culture that led to the global cultural hegemony that we all enjoy, amongst other technological, scientific, culinary, mathematical and other contributions that the globe benefits from.

igbos basically just got here and haven't really brought much of anything to the table. they haven't even brought much to the table in their own homeland.

no please explain it to me, in laymens terms. im not trying to be a smart ass. i can concede if you can point to me some specific igbo wins for nigerian people or igbo wins for black people or even igbos in general.

my personal feeling right now is that igbos are irrelevant to American history but maybe you can correct me if i am wrong.
