Andre Iguodala will opt out of the final season of his contract with the Denver Nuggets.

Iguodala is owed $15.9 million for the 13-14 NBA season and will be eligible to sign a four-year deal with a rival team or re-sign with the Nuggets for five seasons.

Without triggering the opt-out cause, Iguodala could only sign a three-year extension with Denver.

The Atlanta Hawks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks, Houston Rockets, Detroit Pistons and New Orleans Pelicans could target Iguodala.

I remember a few years ago on :hamster: I floated the idea of Orlando dealing for Iguodala and then signing CP3. Obviously the franchise had other plans and still got a decent player from Philly, but where do you guys see Iguodala ending up if he doesnt re-up in Denver?

Hawks don't get CP3 or Dwight. Iggy may be in ATL :manny:

The Rockets have Parsons and Harden at the wing, why are they listed. No point in the Cavs, Pelicans, or Pistons wasting money on him when aren't winning soon. Mavs or Hawks will end up overpaying once they strike out on the big names

I hope we can keep Iggy, but if Cuban or Ferry wants to grossly overpay for his services we can always sign Lionel Hollins and the Grindfather Tony Allen. Grit n Grind in Mile High city. :blessed:

It would be close, but I could see N.O. getting 40 wins with Iggy, though that's not good enough in the West, they'd have to make more moves

No longer have to pay Rashard Lewis I believe and I'm not even sure if they're keeping Aminu and Henry...probably not :ld:

Possibly draft Trey Burke, sign Iggy, they gotta future I would think...
