Also Law school and Grad school have some difference... In Grad school you go straight for the masters... In law School you have to get a JD before you can get a Masters in Law ... A JD is a professional degree...

So there is a fundamental difference, which is why I asked the question meant for my own personal clarification...

I know plenty of black Law school grads, a few are in my family... However, The way you made this thread just makes it seem like though...

let's add in another element of unlikeliness - you said you went to an HBCU undergrad

out of all the black students, many who came from top undergrads, it's you and one other person who makes cum laude (2 people out of maybe 50-60)?
