I need a Microsoft word file transferred into a .pdf file with same fonts, formatting, everything. I need the .pdf to look exactly like the original document.

The original Word document is 117 pages, 8.7MB, and was created on Microsoft Word 2008 on a MAC for compatibility with Microsoft Word 97 - 2004. It also has about 15 images. Inbox me if you're interested.

don't let me down coli :blessed:

- Open the document in Word.
- Press Command+P (to print)
- Do you see PDF in the lower left? Click on that and select “Save as PDF”
- Click “Save”

That's the default way on OSX.

Unless you have some crazy formatting this will work just fine.

Already tried that. Yes I have a very specific formatting with specific font and image placement.

i need to embed the images and fonts into the doc so when they transfer to the .pdf they stay the same. this should be one of the options when i save as a .pdf but on windows 2008 for MAC embeding fonts and images is not an option for some reason.

no offense to anyone but i need someone that knows what they're doing. i'm overpaying for this service because i want an expert who can knock this out professionally and in a timely manner.

A quick and dirty way no need to mess with file conversion is print the doc out in color and scan to PDF
