Just copped a mini plus last week. Trying to dip my toes as hobby but I played around with a mpc 37 in guitar center. THe shyt seemed so easy to make a beat and I never made one in my life

Yeah just in that limited time I was already half way making a beat and I didn't know what I was doing really. Just playing with the stock sounds.

You don't necessarily need a Key 37 if you already have an MPC One or above and a good Midi Keyboard but it's convenient having them both in one thing
Thats why i got the mini plus. Eventually im going to get a live 2 and use that combo.
That mpc 37 key bruh i never played with it but i followed a gang of folks from the beatmaking/producer community. How they be flipping samples, chopping and just creating be having me baffled. I played with majority of the daws but this shyt next level imo.

I've had the X since 2019. I upgraded to the new 3.0 and immediately went back to 2.15. I don't understand that shyt and it got rid of the old mpc workflow. I've been buying mpcs for over 20+ years and I may be done with it now if this is the standard going forward. This video is old. This is the old workflow. Now it's designed to work like a DAW
