Yes they are supposed to be in Tx and wait to get processed. Texas receives funding from the federal government to do so, along with all the border states. New York doesn't. That doesn't mean it's not a shyt show, but Abbott knows what he is doing is virtue signaling. Neither Democrats or Republicans really want to fix the problem because that would mean messing up the bottom line for a lot of corporations and small businesses.

So far all we got is threads about people being shook AF they're gonna get there purses snatched or their jobs taken or DEPORT them. Over n over again.
The government has always used fear to push an agenda. In my lifetime it was 9/11. They used that fear to rally support and wage war and all that good stuff.....
Now that its history we can look back and have a different perspective on the whole situation and see the real impact. The cause and effects.
When dealing with problems like the one we got with these spanish in real time I think a good place to troubleshooting a problem is by asking "Why". Some call it the 5 "Why's". They say u do that and it will bring you closer to the root cause.
I think its worth having a discussion in WHY spanish are being flooded in and who is benefiting from it.
Then we can figure out how it is going to impact US
I think its a conversation worth having cause this is a monumental moment happening that is going to change the whole trajectory of everything.
We can have a million threads like we already do of people either acting scarey or say deport them until they blue in the face.....but then what?
I don't have no answers....but I still stand on what I think is going to happen.
History might help us draw some conclusions in putting all the pieces together.
There's a reason why down south they're trying to make it illegal to teach about slavery and real American history.

I went to prison in NC so Hispanics and whites don't run the system here. I know a bunch of guys who did time back home where Hispanics and whites do run the system. I would say most guys who sign up for the life, understand what it's about, and move accordingly, because prison in California is race-based. And I'd guess there's a percentage of guys who are shook but I wouldn't say most, I know several guys I think relished in moments when there were racial moments upstate...
It's definitely exaggerated online how many brothers are shook of Latinos, cats know how to move with them but most guys not afraid of them and they not really running nothing unless you in prison or program with them...
