Bounced years ago at the tunnel, and some gay clubs. Suffice it to say, the gay clubs are always easy to bounce, no macho bullshyt, no hood rat behavior, and all the straight women flood the place. To be fair, I always did my research on clubs before i even went to them, so OP needs to sack up and switch to a new club.

They would give Black women a hard time at the door or charge em when we weren't charging women. I'm keeping it 100

They used to let women in for free if they gave them a flash sometimes

They would keep some nikkaz girls around sometimes at the end of the night and leave with em or fukk em in the club broom closet and even rooftop

They used to be tag teaming the druggie girls in the spot just keeping them after we would close up shop and feeding them drugs and fukking em then trading stories... these women were dimes too. I stopped giving a fukk about dime bishes from my experiences there.

They were used by the owners to enforce their policies. This was during the height of EDM so we had a strict no rap policy. When nikkaz would drop some hip hop tracks these fakkit ass bouncers would run to the dj booth like the place was on fire

The code for black people was thugs... cac owner would say "there's too many "thugs" in here tonight

Some of the bouncers were the dealers too and would sometimes jack the dealers in the club... they would let em make their money all night, watch them and then hem them up at the door while their leaving... tell em next time they come they know now to pay tax to the house

I seen a bouncer get his soul ethered by a midget cac in a coke rage and he couldn't do nothing. cac was backed by the hells angels so he was feeling himself. He was thumping on the bouncer chest and the nikka had to take it, room was tense as fukk just me a couple bouncers and three bikers in the room.

This is all facts some edm clubs had "trap checks" where they would play certain extended beats and put certain lights low so ppl could get they money

To try and discourage them from coming. In... For example it's a ladies free night and these clowns would be still charging Black women to come in the club. It was a tactic to steer them away in hopes they go somewhere else. I never seen worse c00ning that in the club industry. Same nikkaz would be wide open for ugly white hoes. They just wanted to control the crowd and thin it as much of black people as possible. This wasn't even always a directive from the owner. They knew that the white hoes would be easier to pick off.

They were self serving interests. Same bouncers used to be dealing to these hoes and sometimes trading favors for sex. Most of the sistas were not with the fukkery. The only time I saw them with Black girl they were young as hell and again they would have em by the grip cuz they were serving them nose candy.

I bounce too. High end clubs and bars in NJ and New York. Did security for events like for the NJ Devils and area teams. Security team member for 21 Savage was my last gig last December. I know what you mean bruh cuz I been told by management to not let nikkas in the clubs or hood ass bytches in the clubs. I used to work with a diverse team where I would be the one called from the back to deal with nikkas at the front door mostly because the latinos or white boys I work with shook. Anybody can get it with me but I dealt with all kinda shyt like fights to nikkas over dosing in the bathroom or entitled celebs. Cac bars are my favorite because I have an extra chip on my shoulder. I worked the McGregor vs Mayweather fight at a Irish bar...I had a field day. Santacon, St. Patty's and Halloween cacs act a fool so I know what you talking about
