I stopped smoking and then later in life stopped drinking. The longer you go without it the less you miss it. You hit a point where getting high or drunk is mostly pointless and unnecessary.
1 jay keeps you good for 3+ hours. Smoking isn't time consuming. Unless you get high and get stuck.
