I definitely wouldnt say its undercrowded.. but not overcrowded necessarily. It's actually like 80-90% expats. 10-20% actual citizens from here. Most expats are from Pakistan/India/Phillipines and they're like the lower-middle class workers.. Then theres European and Americans doing higher level jobs and making bank. And at the top you got rich arabs
