Why I knew it was going to be this video. I'm 35 as of tomorrow and has had my locs for the past 3 years. A few of my locs has fell out and it's important to keep your scalp moist at times. My issues were because I had surgery and knew I would lose hair not male pattern baldness but also I don't oil my hair as much as they would like. Good thing about locs is that u can get then reattached.

Maybe I was naive but I use always think the way to avoid baldness is to do dreads. Do nikkas wake up and see a dread on tbeir pillow lol

The base of the dread gets thinner, that's all. Male pattern baldness just hit him worse, and I think he could have taken better care of his hair up to that point.

I take Minoxidil which I assume has helped over the years, but there are also more tricks to minimize the look of a thinning crown with locs you can't do with shorter hair - if you or your stylish knows what they're doing.
