Live in an HOA, brehs. :picard: :

But seriously, most brehs could actually build their own patio, it is not difficult at all. It is just time consuming. But when you factor in that you have to spend time working to pay the person that is putting it in, all the sudden it’s more appealing to DIY.

My house came with one already but I am past the DIY age for most projects so I didn’t mind, I just sanded and stained it when we moved in.

Enjoy your summer and your space. :salute:

I like the HOA.

I hate mismatch communities:scust:

Keeps it nice and holds people accountable.

When the area median income and average neighborhood home value is high enough, you don’t have to worry about that. :yeshrug:

I know you’re tryna stunt/humble brag but these homes start in the high 500s to low 700s :manny:

We have a lake for fishing and kayaking, dog parks, a pool, soccer field, walking trails, playgrounds and more. It has to be maintained by someone :manny:

And this isn’t true. Some people have brown fences. Some white. Some black. I don’t like that shyt.

Same. My HOA is cool. They're not overbearing as long as shyt stays within regs.

Only thing I don't like it's how over the top they get when it's time to vote for "office" and shyt. That shyt is annoying.

Makes for a boring neighborhood when everything looks the same, in my opinion.

Enjoy your patio breh.
It doesn’t look the same. You just can’t do outrageous shyt.

Every house HAD to be a different color and elevation to prevent everything from looking cookie cutter or too similar.

Y’all be real life haters and don’t even know what yall talking about :mjlol:
