We need JZ to own his own record company and have most of each dollar go directly to him instead of him getting $0.10 per dollar.

1. Form our BLACK FIRST FAMILY. Where before you're anything else, you're black. Not christian, not Muslim, not gay, not woman, not democratic, whatever. Your first allegiance is to the black community.

2. Once we're on that we can move. We already have an economy, we just don't control it yet. Due to us not being a family. Our economy is sports and entertainment! We should own it but due to the history we don't. We power those billion dollar industries with our bodies. We only need the unity to demand proper compensation. Right now they are promoting individualism and preventing us from rising as a group. The architects of this system were brilliant!

Us unifying and standing as a family or community enables us to demand they not only pay the athlete or entertainer, but that they are also to include a percentage fee which will go towards the entire community!

And there you have our foot into owning an industry.

Key in all this is, we need to ensure as many athletes and entertainers as possible is in our union. If their not in our union they go stand over there and receive zero support from us.

Hopefully, these two steps can go global. Then we REALLY will see change. Imagine if significant numbers of Africans join our union and pledge to black. It would be a major step in obtaining fair compensation for resources in Africa.

Then imagine us creating our own crypto currency....

Economics is very important,but should not be the backbone in rebuilding. Too often it seems to always start there with people. Or its the extreme opposite where they are all about spirituality and reject capitalism entirely.

It's ideal that Jay z owns his own, and we will get to that. Until then, every album je sells or every concert he do, a percentage should go to the collective pot which will be used to raise our entire family.

When any black player goes to sign his contract, our demand is a certain percentage, not part of his money, is paid to the black community. That young man is a member of our family and a commodity as well as resource produced by our entire community. Thus our entire community should receive compensation.

Any money these leagues make from championship rounds and playoffs...pay us!

Why do yall always bring rappers/entertainers into it? most of those nikkas don't give a fukk. The chances of them suddenly deciding to invest their wealth into things that will help their race are very slim. I think they shouldn't even be brought up into 'solution' threads anymore, because they aren't going to do it.

That being said, do not waste time explaining things to these types of black people:

1- Black people who call other black people (especially black men) "scammers" just for charging a price for their products or services. nikkas who think other nikkas should sell things for free. They are too far gone and no amount of explaining will get them to understand, that the black man needs to make money just like the asian, white and hispanic man needs to make money. They think black people are inferior, and don't even realize it.

2- Black people who talk down on entrepreneurship. You don't have to be an entrepreneur, but you don't have to talk down on it either. Negroes who look down on, or talk down on black entrepreneurs (saying they should "go get a job" working for a white person) are c00ns.

3- Black people who always say they can't invest because they don't "have the money" but then you see them with the latest sneakers and gadgets.

4- Black people who waste time beefing with other black people over dumb shyt.

5- Black people who have (or are planning to have) kids, but aren't doing what is necessary to pass down tangible things to them. There are a lot like this, unfortunately. If you're not going to have any kids you should still be fiscally responsible, but people who are going to have them need to REALLY be on their A-Game. We can't repeat what the last generation before us did.
