N.O.R.E. & DJ EFN ft. KRS-One – Drink Champs Podcast (Ep. 5) | Nah Right
Before we convict KRS, and tie him in to Afrika Bambaataa's fukkery, lets take a look at his actual comment.
"if you keep it Hip-Hop, nothing can be taken away from Afrika Bambaataa, but personally, I don't give a fukk. If somebody was harmed, y'all (the authorities) deal with that, that don't stop Hip-Hop (the culture). That's personal."
I took his comments to mean, "I deal with Hip-Hop culture, not individual people and their personal business. If that person did something fukked up, he has to deal with that. That's on them. It's not my business to convict them. That's the job of law enforcement, the lawyers, and the judges. My concern is Hip-Hop culture."
I'm sure when he made this remark, he was familiar with the newfound allegations, but not the scope of Afrika Bambaataa's alleged behavior.
