i replaced my classic english black tea with this green shyt that has a bunch of l-theanine in it. its great. feels like a low dose benzo. im on my 3rd cup since i woke up. the synergy between theanine and caffeine is dope. thats why everyone in england drinks tea. but green tea has a lot more theanine in it. theanine is psychoactive.
