I've watched it front to back at least a hundred times and I never saw that scene lol. Apparently it's from the Rated R version. There must be three versions -- Rated R, the one I watched on HBO/Max/Starz, and PG-13. I randomly caught it last year on FX and the scene with the boys looking up their skirts wasn't shown (PG-13?).
