The 213 Era had Norm's game in handcuffs. But he's different this year. He's impacting the game more than just his shooting, which I thought was all he cared about.

Owners are going to want to get rid of supermax at least the way it is now. Not paying PG or Embiid is one thing. You gotta pay luka and I HATE HIM. Most think Kawhi is just sitting out the front end of a back to back, but if he doesn't play tomorrow he's officially injured again. I won't even be disappointed or lose sleep over it honestly. Ben Simmons is KPJ's replacement. He can run the point better, but its looking like a lateral move at best if Kawhi misses more time. We got Norm, Zu, Harden, DJJ, Coffey, Dunn, Bogi, etc. That's a good enough vet presence to mix in Cam Christie, Flowers, and MarJon Beauchamp into the 2nd-3rd unit. I don't see the need to play or have a roster spot dedicated to Eubanks and Patty Mills. I'd rather play Kobe or Kai Jones over Eubanks believe it not even though Kobe still is unsure of himself out there. Like you said this is a season defining road trip and its looking like a dud. Pistons might run us off the floor tomorrow.
Kawhi is injured just like a figured. Norm injury more serious than I thought, that's sucks. Not mad or pissed. Start the development up now! Get Cam Christie and Flowers up to the main team. Waive Patty Mills and get Jordan Miller a standard NBA contract. Not even saying this wins us games, but that's out the window anyways with Kawhi and Norm out. Not even sure Ben Simmons is worth keeping around at this point. Just time to see who who and what's what going into the future. We'll definitely slide into the play in or maybe further.
Ty Lue is a treasure to have, no matter what roster he's given, he has a respectable team.
Team is cooked. Kawhi is damn near washed if not completely. Harden sells the end of every game with huge turnovers. Simmons is useless. Coffey is decaf. Bogdan is washed. At least Mann played defense. Let Moussa Diabate walk but didn't believe in Mo Bamba, Eubanks, and Kai Jones. Team is a mess. Bench is ass after the trade deadline. Move on from Kawhi and possibly Harden. Build around Norm and Zu. I don't even give a sh*t if we make the playoffs, play in, or whatever.
